GUIDANCE FOR VENDOR ADMINS

Usage: THIS SECTION IS MANDATORY AND MUST BE COMPLETE BEFORE GOING LIVE
This Find page must be completed prior to going live; it is essential that your Customers, Members & Officials know where to find you:

  • Addresses & locations
  • Maps
  • SatNav details
  • etc

Use this page to tell you visitors where you are located and what facilities you offer. You might also include any quirks or oddities about finding your location(s). You should also ensure that the information below is kept updated at all times.

Editing
Log into your Admin Portal and go to Website --> Pages. This page will appear in the list of Pages in the 'About' section and can be edited by clicking the link on the Name field. You can also clone it for reuse by clicking the cog icon at the top of the page.

We have added sample information below; in the simplest case, all you need to do is to edit the information in square brackets.

If you have multiple locations or venues for different areas of your organisation you might copy and paste the information below to extend the page. Alternatively, you might wish to clone this page and create several copies organised into a hierarchy under this main page.

Adding Find Pages
The easiest way to add a new Find Page is to clone this page; click the cog icon above and select Clone this Page from the list. You can use the 'Parent Page' field, above, to determine where the page sits in the hierarchy of pages in the menu. You can also create a completely new Find Page by clicking the '+' on the Pages screen and select Add Page from the list.

DON'T FORGET TO REMOVE THE LINE BELOW AND EVERYTHING ABOVE IT BEFORE GOING LIVE TO YOUR MEMBERS
